Case Study - Elder Law - Application Seeking Provision from an Estate

Situation:

Moores Legal was approached by a client whose father had recently died.  The deceased father had left a Will that made no provision for the client.  There had been a long period of estrangement between the client and his late father for a variety of reasons.
