Case Study - Elder Law - Daunted by the Prospect of Administering an Estate

Situation:

Moores Legal was approached by the Executor of a Will who was daunted by the prospect of administering the estate.

Response:

Moores Legal suggested to the executor that he deliver all financial and other information to them.  They worked through the information and prepared all documents necessary to make application for Grant of Probate of the Will.  Moores Legal also introduced the executor to other service providers who assisted the executor with the tidy up and sale of the house and the valuing and sale of personal chattels.

Outcome:

Moores Legal then assisted with the distribution of the estate in accordance with the terms of the Will.
