Allan Swan (BEc, LLB, Diploma in Financial Services) heads up the EPSS workgroup of Moores Legal.  The focus of his practice is providing practical legal advice and consulting services to financial advisors, accountants, lawyers (and to their clients) in respect of:

• Estate planning
• Superannuation
• Structuring (assets protection, tax and trusts).

Approximately 60% of Allan's working week is spent working as a legal practitioner; the balance is taken up with presenting seminars, workshops and conference papers and with writing.  Examples of Allan's extensive writing include the publications Estate Planning Documents, Will Precedent Document Templates and (to be published by CCH in the second half of 2010), the Australian Master Estate Planning and Succession Guides.

Allan is accredited by SPAA as a SMSF Specialist Advisor and is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
