Andrew Sudholz (BEc, LLB) is a member of the Aged Care Team. In 1999 Andrew was accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in Property Law.

Andrew's interest and experience in the Aged Care sector includes:

• Acting in the acquisition and disposal of Aged Care facilities;
• Consulting on complex and property aspects of Aged Care transactions;
• Advising on development and acquisition funding;
• Drafting leasing and licence agreements in the Aged Care and Retirement Village sectors;
• Involvement in compliance issues;
• Negotiating and implementing security arrangements;
• Advising on planning and development issues.
