Andrew Meiliunas (BBus, LLB, MIBL) joined the Elder Law work group in 2010.  Andrew advises clients on a range of Elder Law issues including:

• Estate litigation including:
  • Will disputes
  • Testator Family Maintenance claims acting for both executors and claimants
  • Testamentary capacity and undue influence cases
• Drafting Wills
• Powers of Attorney (Financial, Medical and Guardianship)

Andrew is an active member of a variety of community organisations including the Heidelberg Football Club where he is the Vice President, the Heidelberg RSL and is a volunteer lawyer at the Eastern Community Legal Centre.
