Andy Shaw (BA(Hons), LLB), is a fourth year lawyer and member of the Commercial team.  Andy has predominantly practised in the commercial and commercial property areas, with a focus on business acquisitions and sales and leasing.

Andy has extensive experience in drafting a wide range of commercial and securities agreements as well as shareholders agreements.  His corporations law experience ranges from company incorporations, through to corporate restructures and the termination of a winding up.

In addition to the above, Andy is a volunteer at a Community Legal Centre and an enthusiastic hiker.
