Andrew Sudholz (BEc, LLB), is accredited as a Specialist in Property Law by the Law Institute of Victoria. For over 20 years Andrew has managed property and commercial transactions for commercial and private clients.

Andrew's interest and experience lies primarily with property transactions for community organisations, including educational institutions, church denominations and a broad range of community groups. This experience includes responsibility for major asset acquisitions and divestment projects where complex issues involving planning, contractual, leasing and financing considerations are addressed with a pragmatic approach and in the context of the workings and requirements of community organisations. Andrew is also committed to working closely with private clients who require assistance in a wide variety of legal matters and circumstances.

Andrew is an Honorary Legal Adviser to a variety of cultural and community groups.
