Terry Fraser (LLB), joined the firm on 1 April, 2008 when Andrew T Fraser & Associates merged with Moores Legal. Terry Fraser has acted for many of the major approved providers around Australia and continues to do so.

His experience includes:

• Over forty years as a commercial lawyer;
• Over twenty years experience as a specialist in the aged care industry;
• Handling a number of transactions in the $50mil - $200mil range;
• Acting in respect of the sale or purchase of hundreds of facilities in all States of Australia;
• Involvement in successful funding round applications;
• Handling enforcement/compliance issues;
• Advising on corporate structures and tax issues;
• Consulting on planning and development issues;
• Commercial litigation involving approved providers;
• Development and acquisition funding.

Terry brings to his role years of experience in advising on the day to day operation of aged care facilities.

He has held numerous positions in the area of sporting administration including:

• President of Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club;
• Chairman of the Kooyong Foundation;
• Chairman of the Victorian Country Racing Council;
• Chairman of the Port Phillip District Racing Association;
• Chairman of Yarra Glen Racing Club;
• Committeeman of the Victoria Racing Club.
