Anna Hacker (BA(Hons), LLB(Hons)), works in the areas of estate planning & structuring.  Her experience in these areas includes:

• Drafting Wills and testamentary trusts
• Making applications for grant of probate and letters of administration
• Instructing in Part IV applications to the Supreme Court of Victoria and dealing caveats over Wills
• Assisting in mediation at the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal and
• Working closely with testators, executors and administrators to achieve the best outcome for beneficiaries of an estate by
  - minimizing capital gains issues and
  - limiting the possibility of a testator's family maintenance claim.
