Cecelia Irvine-So (BA(Hons), LLB(Hons)), is accredited as a Specialist in Business Law by the Law Institute of Victoria, one of only three female Business Law Specialists in the State.  She is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria's Business Law Advisory Committee.

Cecelia's area of practice includes commercial agreements, contracts, sale and purchase of business and business succession, including insurance funded buy/sell agreements.  She meets with business owners to discuss their real objectives in relation to internal governance (such as shareholders' agreements) and business succession.  She also conducts fixed fee business succession workshops at a venue suitable to participants.

Cecelia regularly presents to other professionals, including lawyers, accountants and financial advisors, in relation to business succession generally and insurance funded buy/sell agreements.  She has delivered seminars for Legalwise, the Law Institute of Victoria and for Television Education Network (together with audio and video content) and been published in The Journal of Financial Advice, Insurance and Risk Professional and the Law Institute Journal.
