Colin Signorelli (LLB, BBus(Int)), joined the Commercial Work Group in November 2008.

Building upon his successful business career in the food industry, Colin obtained a Law Degree and brings his business skills and experience to legal practice. His commercial skills enable Colin to identify and relate to the legal issues confronting clients and assist in achieving commercially viable outcomes.

As a member of the Commercial Work Group, Colin assists clients with advice to commercial organisations in regard to commercial agreements, including purchase and sale of businesses, terms and conditions, partnership agreements, tender and expression of interest documents, trade and service agreements and regulatory compliance issues. He has also assisted in implementing strategies for protection from unexpected creditors and given advice on commercial disputes.
