Prior to his appointment as Managing Principal of Moores Legal in 2007, David Wells had been accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) as a specialist in commercial litigation for 14 years. He has acted in commercial dispute resolution in all court jurisdictions for 25 years and is also an LIV approved mediator.
