Geoffrey Horton (LLB), has extensive legal experience gained in private legal practice, private enterprise and in the Public Service.  Geoffrey has extensive experience drafting complex legal documents particularly commercial, corporate and securities, and financial.  He has gained wide experience working at senior executive level and in dealing with boards of directors, individual directors, executive management and staff of corporations.  He was instrumental in establishing a public company operating in the finance sector and has established and managed his own commercial legal practice.  Geoffrey has broad experience in many commercial areas including:
