Jennifer Dixon (LLB(Hons) and Diploma in Financial Services - Integratec 2003), is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates (Victoria). Jennifer is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and is accredited as an SMSF Specialist Advisor with the Self Managed Superannuation Fund Professionals' Association of Australia.

Jennifer's practice includes providing advice and consulting services to financial advisors, accountants, lawyers, and their clients in respect of:

• Complex estate planning and business succession planning
• The use and operation of trusts, superannuation funds and other investment and business structures
• Asset protection
• Administration of deceased estates and testamentary trusts
• Taxation and duty issues arising from the above area.

Jennifer is a regular speaker across Australia to professional audiences in these areas. Jennifer also lectures at the Leo Cussen Institute on topics relating to her areas of practice.
