Kate Drummond (BA, LLB(Hons)) recently joined the Property & Construction team.  Before joining Moores Legal, Kate was a member of the property group at a medium sized Melbourne law firm.  She has worked with small to medium enterprises as well as large listed public companies providing written and verbal advice in relation to a wide range of general property issues as well as leasing, planning and construction issues and conducted negotiations.

Kate's expertise includes drafting commercial documents, including all documents associated with property sales and purchases, leases (retail, industrial, offices), agreements for lease, variations and renewals of lease, business sale agreements and various commercial agreements.  She has also conducted and reported on due diligence for a wide range of commercial and residential properties, including advising on the leasing and contamination issues.

Together with the above, Kate is involved in providing legal advice to various community organizations including a not-for-profit disability advocacy association and the PILCH Bushfire Advisory Service.
