Krista Fitzgerald (BA, LLB(Hons)), provides legal and consulting services to lawyers, accountants and financial advisors and their respective clients.

Krista's areas of practice are:

• Testamentary trusts
• Family trusts
• Self managed superannuation funds and superannuation death benefits;  and
• Structuring issues associated with investments and asset protection.

Krista has experience primarily in working with high net worth individuals and with owners of small to medium enterprises. She also frequently participates in industry training and regularly contributes to industry journals.
