Louise Ricardo (BComm, LLB), practices in the areas of:

• Estate Planning including drafting Wills with testamentary trust provisions
• Superannuation, including establishing and varying self managed super fund deeds
• Advising on superannuation death benefits
• Family trusts.

Louise works with her clients and their advisors to implement succession planning strategies through the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney and ensuring that control of their family trust and self managed superannuation fund pass as intended.

Louise has presented for Legalwise and for the LIV Superannuation and Financial Planning Committee. She has also presented to financial planners, accountants and other lawyers in relation to her areas of practice. Louise has also been involved in the teaching of the superannuation elective at Leo Cussen Institute.

Louise has also written seminar papers and a number of articles for the Retirement and Estate Planning Bulletin, the Australian Superannuation Law Bulletin and the Journal of Financial Advice, as well as contributed to client newsletters.
