Tim Adam (BA, LLB), has particular expertise assisting victims seriously injured in transport, work and other accidents.  He has been a member of LIV Road Trauma Committee, LIV Transport Accident Compliance Committee and the TAC Liaison Committee and has written and spoken extensively about injury matters.

He has significant experience in the area of traumatic brain injury and the consequences for the individual and their families following an accident.

Tim also has a special interest in assisting international students and foreign workers who have sustained serious injuries while in Australia.  In recent years he has assisted clients from Singapore, Malaysia, India, China and the United Kingdom.

Tim's legal practice also includes advice to employers about a wide range of issues focussing on insurance and liability claims.

He is a longstanding member of the Eastern Health Research & Ethics Committee and a Trustee for the Churches of Christ Properties Corporation.  Tim also writes for the footy almanac and is involved in a wide variety of sporting clubs and organisations.
