Traineeships
Our commitment to you
Moores Legal is committed to the recruitment and development of trainees. We believe trainees are the future of our firm. To ensure that you have the opportunity to fully develop your skills in different areas of law and to obtain a broader understanding of legal practice, you will complete a number of rotations. During each rotation, you will have exposure to one or more of the following practice groups:
- Commercial (including Commercial Litigation)
- Elder Law
- Estate Planning
- Family Law
- Workplace Relations
- Property.
Be part of our team
From your first day you will be assigned a buddy to help you settle in and become part of the Moores Legal team. You will also be allocated a mentor in each rotation. You will have regular contact with principals, lawyers and support staff and will work as part of a team toward our mission and strategic goals.
Learn and develop
We believe that the most valuable experience you will gain will be through practical training and mentoring from principals and senior lawyers who are experts in their field. Our principals and senior lawyers are available and accessible and take the time to teach you the "tools of the trade". You will also have the opportunity to attend external seminars and workshops to further hone your skills.
Maximise your potential through technology and resources
By utilising the latest technology and business practices, we ensure that you will have access to a wide range of resources necessary for maximising your skills and potential.
