A fantastic opportunity now exists in our Admin Team for an Accounts Clerk.

Our Admin Team

Our Admin Team of 12 provides accounting, administrative, IT and marketing support to the firm.

What will you be doing?

As a member of our Admin team, you will be working collaboratively on a wide range of tasks including:

  • Banking
  • Investment transactions
  • General accounts transactions
  • Maintenance of client databases
  • General office administration.

By working as a part of a team, you will have the opportunity to learn from 2 experienced accounts team members.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person who enjoys working with figures and is willing to learn. Ideally, you have recently completed VCE, with study in bookkeeping/accounting or mathematics and have the following skills:

  • Expertise in a range of software packages including Excel
  • Methodical approach to and a high degree of accuracy in data processing
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
