Agreement for Purchase of Publications

Please read the following Agreement.

By purchasing any of the Moores Legal publications, the firm or individual purchasing the publications ("the Licensee") agrees to be bound by the following conditions:

1. Supply and use of Documents

1.1 Moores Legal agrees to supply the Licensee with the publications via download from the Moores Legal website; and

1.2 Moores Legal allows the Licensee to use, alter, amend, adapt and reproduce the precedents both in printed and electronic formats in the course of providing bona fide services to clients of the Licensee.

2. Reservation of Rights

2.1 The Licensee is only entitled to use the publications as referred to in clause 1.1. Moores Legal reserves all other rights (including, without limitation, all copyright) in the publications, on its own behalf and on behalf of all other persons holding copyright or any other intellectual property interest in the publications.

2.2 The Licensee acknowledges that it is not entitled to re-sell, hire, lend or commercially exploit the publications, without the express agreement of the Licensor, other than in the course of providing bona fide services to the clients of the Licensee.

3. Disclaimer

Moores Legal publications are suites of documents designed to be used as examples by professional advisors.

3.1 Moores Legal, on behalf of itself and any other person involved in the production of the publications, disclaims any liability arising in connection with the use of the Moores Legal publications or reliance on their contents by any person, whether used in the original form or altered in some way by the licensee. Licensees are authorised to use the Moores Legal publications only in the course of providing bona fide services to clients. Any other use of the publications is prohibited.

3.2 Moores Legal gives no warranties nor makes any representation in respect of the publications including, without limitation, any warranties as to quality, standard or legal efficacy.

4. Maintenance

4.1 The Licensee acknowledges that individual publications are not maintained and they must make their own enquiries as to currency once the publications have been purchased.
