    Privacy Policy

    Moores Legal collects some personal information as part of the purchasing process.  The following information is collected and used only to complete the purchase:

    • Your name and delivery address details are used for the tax invoice and postal delivery of the product
    • Credit card details are used to process the purchase transaction with the bank
    • Telephone number and email address details may be requested to allow contact if an issue arises with the purchase.

    Shipping Policy

    If you purchased a Moores Legal booklet please allow 10 working days for delivery.  If you  have not received it within 10 working days, you should contact Moores Legal.  Please have your receipt number available.

    If you purchased the Moores Legal Wills Precedent documents you will receive details of your purchase information together with details of how to access your electronic download.  The link will remain active for 7 days from the date of purchase.  Should you require assistance with the electronic download please contact the Moores Legal helpdesk on (03) 9843 0400

    Refund Policy

    Refunds are not normally available for downloaded publications, after download.  Enquiries regarding refunds can be made to our Moores Legal helpdesk on (03) 9843 0400.

    Purchase Security

    When making your credit card payment, you will be doing so directly with the National Australia Bank.  Your session with the National Australia Bank is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts your credit card and personal details when transmitted over the internet.  Your browser will display a small yellow padlock on the foot of the browser window when an SSL connection is in use.
