EPSS PRESENTATION TOPICS
As part of its Australia-wide services to professional associations, financial services dealer groups and other service providers and to accountants, financial planners and trustee companies, Moores Training provides a range of estate planning and structuring (EPSS) topics for seminars, conferences and "in-house" workshops presented by Allan Swan or other members of the Moores Training team.
Presentation topics are listed below. Further information regarding the content of each topic is available on application to our EPSS Work Group.
Moores Training's charges for presentations are detailed under Our Fees.

(In the Testamentary Trust and Ruling from the Grave drafting workshops, the Will precedent document templates used are the Moores Legal Will precedent documents available for purchase.)
CPE/CPE Accreditation
As part of each presentation it provides, Moores Legal supplies:
- An overview of the topic;
- Learning outcomes;
- Presentation materials, including case studies and a review exercise; and
- Confirmation by Allan Swan of the potential CPE/CPD hours involved for a particular presentation, eg the reference supplied for a 2 hour presentation (excluding refreshment breaks) in March 2009 on Blended Families would be ML3-2008/BF/2. Such confirmation would be subject to the presentation:
- being relevant to the particular attendee's immediate or long term professional needs; and
-
meeting the particular requirements of the appropriate statutory or professional body.
Note: Scope of Presentations: All Moores Legal presentations and accompanying materials cover general legal and taxation aspects only and are not to be taken as addressing (or providing advice) about particular investment products (for which Moores Legal does not hold an appropriate Australian Financial Services licence) or accounting issues. For presentations or advice covering investment product or accounting issues, a person or firm that holds an appropriate AFS licence or accountng qualifications should be engaged. Specific legal advice is not provided via the presentations or materials, but can be obtained from Moores Legal.
