Pre Nuptial or Cohabitation Agreements

Agreements can be entered into by both parties to govern what should financially happen if they separate. There can be a pre nuptial agreement or an agreement entered into during marriage, or a cohabitation agreement entered into prior to or during a de facto relationship. All of these are legally binding as to what will happen should the parties separate.

The documents can be extremely flexible and both parties need separate independent legal advice before signing the agreements for them to be legally valid
